Role & responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS) including goal setting, reviews, calibration and performance improvement.
- Drive HR budgeting, manpower planning and workforce cost optimization in partnership with Finance and business teams.
- Talent Management, succession planning, career development, Learning Inteventions.
- Identify and implement HR automation and digital HR initiatives to improve process efficiency and employee experience.
- Develop HR dashboards and leverage HR Analytics for data-driven decision making.
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, employee engagement, retention and organizational effectiveness.
- Drive key HR projects and translate business requirements into effective people solutions.

Preferred candidate profile Qualification: MBA/PGDM HR preferred.

Experience: 812 years in HR, preferably with solid HRBP/strategic HR experience.
