Must-Have Skills

- 7+ years of experience in Java development
- Strong hands-on experience in Spring Boot
- Expertise in Microservices architecture
- Experience in REST API development and integration
- Knowledge of Kafka/Event-driven architecture
- Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
- Understanding of Docker/Kubernetes
- Positive understanding of CI/CD pipelines
- Basic knowledge of Camunda/Zeebe 8.7
- SDK APIs integration knowledge
- Agile/Scrum development experience

Good-to-Have Skills
- AWS/Azure cloud exposure
- Spring Security/JWT authentication
- Angular or React exposure
- Performance tuning and troubleshooting skills
- Banking/Financial domain experience
- Jenkins/Git/Maven experience
