Industry: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
Experience: 5–10 years, preferably in pharma/manufacturing
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR, MSW or equivalent To manage the overall HR function of the manufacturing unit, including manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, training, performance management and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage manpower planning, recruitment, selection and onboarding as per plant requirements.
- Handle attendance, leave, shifts, overtime and payroll inputs, and maintain accurate employee records.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and shop-floor workforce.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, wages, gratuity, bonus and contract labour compliance.
- Manage contract workers and labour contractors, including documentation and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate employee induction, GMP, safety, hygiene, and other mandatory training.
- Develop and implement KPI/KRA-based performance management systems for employees.
- Coordinate periodical performance appraisals, including setting up KRAs/KPIs, reviewing performance, identifying gaps,
and recommending increments, promotions and development plans.
- Maintain HR policies, procedures, personnel files, and other required documentation.
- Coordinate with QA and other departments for GMP/customer/regulatory audits related to HR and training records.
- Handle employee welfare, engagement activities, and HR administration.
- Prepare regular HR MIS covering headcount, absenteeism, attrition, overtime, recruitment and manpower costs.
Required Skills:
- Solid knowledge of Plant HR & Industrial Relations.
- Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience in recruitment and manpower management.
- Knowledge of KPI/KRA setting and performance appraisal systems.
- Payroll and attendance management.
- Contract labour management.
- Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical manufacturing requirements.
- Valuable command of MS Excel and HR systems.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
