Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for social media, digital marketing, advertisements, branding materials, websites, and other promotional activities.

The candidate should have a strong sense of design, creativity, typography, color combinations, and visual communication, along with the ability to understand brand requirements and convert ideas into engaging creatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Create creative designs for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Design social media posts, stories, reels covers, banners, advertisements, brochures, flyers, posters, and marketing materials.
- Develop creatives for digital marketing campaigns and paid advertisements.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, colors, fonts, and visual style.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand campaign requirements.
- Convert concepts, briefs, and content into attractive visual designs.
- Create promotional graphics for products, services, offers, events, and campaigns.
- Edit and enhance images, photographs, and other visual assets when required.
- Design website banners, thumbnails, presentations, and other digital assets.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media trends, and creative formats.
- Manage multiple design projects and deliver work within deadlines.
- Take feedback positively and make revisions as required.
- Maintain organized design files and creative assets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design,



Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in graphic designing. Freshers with a strong portfolio can also apply.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
- Knowledge of CorelDRAW, Figma, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or other design tools will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout.
- Good knowledge of social media creative dimensions and formats.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to understand briefs and work independently.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics.
- Experience designing creatives for Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Understanding of branding and visual identity.
- Knowledge of AI-based creative/design tools is an added advantage.
- Experience working with marketing or social media teams.
