Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Senior Accountant with at least 3+ years of experience in US accounting practices. The ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks and have a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Experience with NetSuite is highly preferred and will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with US GAAP.

- Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping, reporting, and transaction management.

- Support audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements.

- Preparation of MIS and assist with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy of financial data.

- Leverage NetSuite ERP (if applicable) for advanced financial reporting and process automation.

Qualifications





- Semi qualified Chartered accountant / Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

- Minimum of 3+ years of accounting experience in the US.

- Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.

- Experience with NetSuite is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accounting standards.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Robust communication and organizational abilities.

Preferred Skills

- ERP system experience (Quick books and NetSuite strongly preferred).

- Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
