Roles and Responsibilities:

- Experience in training need assessment, training identification, training effectiveness (RoI) and large scale delivery (preferred)
- Steer the skill development agenda by understanding learning needs for technical/ non-technical domains, demand planning, and designing appropriate interventions




- Work closely with client HR stakeholders and business stakeholders to establish strategy & implementation plan to drive effective skill development outcomes
- Identification of Training needs based on business requirements, role requirement and gaps
- Maintains liaison with 3rd party training/ outsourcing partners for skill development interventions, Act as contract manager to manage external training partners for coverage, efficient delivery and contract renegotiation with the partners
- Coordinate timely delivery of statutory trainings in partnership with Principal Employers' mandate and further maintain training calendar for MIS reporting
- Monitor quality, service levels, effectiveness etc. and maintain/ assess associated documentation
- Technical savvy with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MIS; ability to learn new software programs quickly
- Good communications and leadership skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
