Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.

- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.

- Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate role fit, technical suitability, and cultural alignment.

- Coordinate and manage campus hiring drives, walk-in interviews, and recruitment events.

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.

- Support employer branding initiatives to enhance candidate attraction and engagement.

- Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, reports,



and hiring dashboards to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within the Pharmaceutical, Chemical, FMCG or Manufacturing industry.

- Robust expertise in candidate sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management.

- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and recruitment reporting.

- Working knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and sourcing techniques.

- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors will be an added advantage.

- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
