Hiring Senior Estimation Engineer with 5 years plus experience in similar profile.

Mechanical Engineer Degree is a must.

- Getting the enquiries from customer / marketing team.
- Study & understand client requirements from received enquiry from marketing or direct from client.
- To prepare & maintain Enquiry and order register.
- Review of technical specification & standard received from client and to prepare technical deviation if any.
- Mechanical Design calculations of Pressure vessels, Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers, Tank, Column.
- Checking of fabrication Drawing
- Optimizing the manufacturing process and troubleshooting problem in coordination with concern department for defect.
- To carryout Estimation of all Process Equipment’s including shell & tube heat exchanger, pressure vessels, columns(Static Equipment).
- Preparation of Inquiry Documents (MR)



for quotation & Procurement.
- Preparation of technical & commercial offer.
- Tendering & E-Bidding.
- Conducting Pre and post order technical and commercial discuss/meetings with clients
- Interacting with vendor for raw material costs and evaluate / compare vendor costing.
- To prepare, distribute & analyze budget sheet after receipt of order.
- To prepare job cost analysis etc. for operation team.
- To transfer new orders (work order transfer) with check list & arrange kick of meeting.
- Liaise with shop on specific issues.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
