- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Management, Data Science, or related field. Masters degree is a plus.
- 8+ Years of experience required in IT industry.
- 5+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or data stewardship roles, preferably in the financial industry.
- Proficiency with Informatica IDMC, CDGC, and CDQ tools.
- Robust understanding of data governance frameworks such as DAMA-DMBOK.
- Experience with data quality management, data profiling, and data lineage tools.
- 5+ years of experience in Unix, RDBMS and SQL.
- Understanding of financial data structures and processes, including risk, compliance, and reporting data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across business and technical teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
