We are looking for a driven and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead subscription sales for ADDA across the Pune region. This is a high-ownership sales role where you will be responsible for building and owning your regional market, developing strategic relationships, and driving revenue through new customer acquisition.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of overall professional experience.
- Any Graduation with consistent academic performance.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales.
- Strong experience in Field Sales is a must.
- Experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, or solution selling will be an advantage.
- Experience in the Real Estate industry is a strong plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to independently manage a sales territory and deliver against targets.
- Highly driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and convert opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional subscription sales for ADDA across Pune.
- Own and build your assigned market from the ground up.
- Identify and develop recent business opportunities within the region.
- Build and manage relationships with strategic customers and key decision-makers.
- Engage with leading real estate developers, facility management companies, and high-end apartment communities.
- Drive the complete sales cycle - from prospecting and relationship building to negotiation and closure.
- Manage sales targets and ensure consistent achievement of business goals.
- Develop a strong understanding of the residential community software market and competitive landscape.
- Build a recurring customer base and contribute to long-term revenue growth.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding and handover experience.
