Job Summary The Senior Chef will be responsible for conceptualising, developing and evolving the brand's culinary offering, while preserving the brand core ethos and identity. This is a creative, hands-on and strategic role, with significant collaboration with the founders and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead menu ideation, innovation and new dish development across the brand.
- Develop seasonal offerings, new concepts and flavour combinations while maintaining the brand culinary identity.
- Work closely with the founders on tastings, menu reviews and culinary direction.
- Identify new ingredients, techniques and culinary trends relevant to the brand.
- Review the existing menu and identify opportunities for refinement and evolution.
- Ensure new concepts balance creativity, quality, food cost and operational feasibility.
- Develop and standardise recipes and ensure consistency across outlets.
- Collaborate with kitchen and operations teams on the implementation and execution of new offerings.
- Foster a culture of culinary experimentation, learning and excellence.

Candidate Profile

- 10+ years of culinary experience, with strong exposure to menu development and culinary innovation.




- Experience in premium restaurants, cafes, hospitality groups or food brands; multi-outlet experience preferred.
- Solid understanding of ingredients, flavour profiles, presentation and contemporary culinary trends.
- Exposure to French / European cuisine would be an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to take a concept from ideation through testing and execution.
- Highly creative, curious and hands-on, with a strong passion for food.
- Commercially aware, with an understanding of costing, scalability and operational practicality.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly with founders and senior stakeholders.
