Job DescriptionRole : Director Finance
NExperience: 10-15 years
NWe're looking for a qualified CA for Bangalore location with 10–12 years of experience, including around 4–5 years in consulting and 5–7 years in e-commerce, retail, quick commerce, D2C or a similar industry.
NThe ideal candidate should have experience owning finance for a ₹50–300 crore business, preferably in a startup or scale-up environment.
NThe role will involve:

- Owning end-to-endfinance, accounting, AP/AR, payroll, tax and statutory compliance N
- Managing monthly and quarterly closures, MIS, board and investor reporting N
- Driving budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and working capital management N
- Supporting fundraising,due diligence, cap table and term-sheet processes N
- Strengthening financialcontrols, systems and workflows N
- Building and scaling the finance team from the ground up N

nGood to have hands-on, commercially solid, experienced in FP&A; and reporting, and comfortable working with founders, investors and external stakeholders.
