The Role
We are looking for an Associate Sales Manager to own client conversion at the clinic. You will work the enquiry pipeline across telephone, WhatsApp and digital channels, qualify every lead, and convert enquiries into booked consultations and consultations into treatment packages.
This is a client facing position at the centre of the business. You will carry an individual revenue target, and you will also be the first point of contact for clients arriving at the clinic, managing the appointment book and the client experience alongside your pipeline. The role suits someone equally confident receiving a client in person and closing a package on the telephone.
Key Responsibilities

Place outbound calls to new leads within the agreed response time, and complete the full follow up cadence for enquiries that do not connect at the first attempt
2. Respond to enquiries across calls, WhatsApp and direct messages, progressing the pipeline through the working day
3. Manage incoming calls and walk in enquiries with the same qualification discipline applied to digital leads
4. Qualify enquiries through structured discovery and convert them into booked consultations
5. Improve the booked to attended ratio through timely reminders, rapport building and pre consultation preparation
6. Prepare clients ahead of their consultation and hand over to the clinical team with complete context, so that every consultation begins informed
7. Introduce complementary services where relevant to the client, and book consultations for the clinical team to advise and recommend
