Role Description The Sr Account Executive will manage day-to-day accounting and compliance activities, including bookkeeping, invoice processing, reconciliations, and preparation of financial reports. The role will involve coordinating GST, TDS, and income tax-related filings, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to regulatory deadlines.

Executive will collaborate with internal teams and clients to clarify financial data, support audits, and assist in budgeting and cash flow tracking. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mangaluru, requiring regular interaction with the leadership team and clients to support high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in accounting principles, including bookkeeping, general ledger management, and financial reporting.
- Experience with taxation and compliance processes such as GST, TDS, and income tax returns,



along with familiarity with statutory deadlines and documentation.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, with the ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate reconciliations.
- Effective communication and client service skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, or equivalent) are an added advantage.
- Prior experience in a consulting, CA firm, or corporate finance environment is highly beneficial.
