Design, develop, and maintain Spotfire dashboards and analytics solutions that enable business users to efficiently access, filter, visualize, and validate operational data. Work closely with engineers, data teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and user-friendly analytics applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance Spotfire dashboards and data visualization solutions.
- Implement data-on-demand functionality to allow users to selectively load datasets based on business requirements.
- Configure user-driven filtering options such as date ranges, timestamps, well selection, and dataset selection.
- Develop dashboard controls such as load/fetch buttons, explicit/reset functionality, and refresh-status indicators.
- Support QA/QC processes by providing validation views and data-quality checks within Spotfire dashboards.
- Collaborate with production engineers, business stakeholders, and data engineers to gather requirements and deliver analytics solutions.
- Troubleshoot data connectivity and performance issues across Spotfire and connected data sources.
- Create proof-of-concepts (POCs) and support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
Required Skills
- TIBCO Spotfire development and dashboard design.
- Experience with Spotfire Data-on-Demand and Information Links.
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
- Data validation and QA/QC techniques.
- Understanding of oil & gas operational data and well performance analytics.
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices and user experience design.
- Ability to work with cross-functional business and technical teams.
- Interactive Spotfire dashboards.
- Dataset selection and filtering panels.
- On-demand data-loading solutions.
- Refresh monitoring and audit features.

POWER BI : Required Skills
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and database concepts.
- Experience with DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data integration techniques.
- Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
