We are looking for a passionate and skilled Spoken English Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging English language training, improving students’ communication skills, and supporting their overall learning and development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver interactive Spoken English lessons tailored to different proficiency levels.
- Create and implement lesson plans focusing on vocabulary, pronunciation, grammar, and conversational skills.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Facilitate group discussions, role-plays, and interactive activities to improve students’ confidence and fluency.
- Use a variety of teaching materials, audio-visual aids, and online learning tools to enhance classroom engagement.
- Monitor and track student performance and provide individualized support where required.
- Stay updated with current English language teaching methodologies and best practices.
- Organize workshops and extracurricular activities to encourage the practical use of Spoken English.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to improve the overall student learning experience.
- Respond promptly to student inquiries and concerns related to course content and learning activities.
