Role Description:

This is an opportunity for a Sponsorship, Events & Operations role based in Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and managing sponsorship opportunities, planning, executing sports and branding activation events, handling day-to-day coordination to ensure smooth delivery of brand campaigns and on-ground activities. The role involves liaising with brand partners, vendors and internal team members to plan events, manage logistics and ensure activations align with brand objectives and timelines.

Responsibilities:

1. Sponsorship Acquisition & Partner Management: Identify, pitch and close sponsorship deals with brands, vendors, and local sports brands.
2. Event Planning & Execution: Own the end-to-end event lifecycle with budgeting, venue booking, permits, scheduling and on-ground execution.
3. Logistics & Vendor Coordination: Source and manage third-party vendors (equipment rental, staging, printing, transport, catering).

Budget Tracking & Post-Event Reporting:Maintain event-wise budgets against actuals, track sponsorship ROI and compile post-event reports with metrics.
5. Cross-Team Coordination: Act as the operational link between the marketing team and brand partners.

Qualifications:

- Experience in sponsorship management, event planning or sports marketing
- Strong organizational and operational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for liaising with brand partners, vendors and stakeholders
- Ability to coordinate logistics for on-ground retail activations and sport events
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability in a fast-paced, event-driven atmosphere.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative team setting.
- Familiarity with the sports or retail industry is a plus.

- What are we looking for:

- Candidates with experience playing badminton at the state or district level will be preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Job Offer:

4,80,000-600,000 LPA

Working Conditions:

Full-time, on-site at Sunlight Sports Studio LLP.

Standard office hours (Mon–Sat), with flexibility during major festivals and events.
