- Analyze and calculate procurement costs and develop cost reduction strategies.

- Perform replacement cost analysis for traded and manufactured goods in Hyperion and conduct variance analysis.

- Support new product development initiatives and collaborate closely with the R&D; team.

- Act as a finance business partner to the Strategic Sourcing team and support key strategic initiatives.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and sourcing partners.

- Drive the implementation and continuous enhancement of the Vendor Portal to meet evolving business requirements.

- Collaborate with the IT team to develop reports and automate sourcing and finance processes.

- Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance requirements related to direct and indirect sourcing activities.

Preferred Educational Qualifications

- MBA (Finance)



/ CMA (formerly CWA) / CA.

- Engineering degree will be an added advantage.

Experience & Skills

- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Finance, Costing, Procurement, or Strategic Sourcing.

- Hands-on experience with finance systems including SAP, Datasphere, Hyperion, and related reporting tools.

- Strong understanding of sourcing metrics, cost analytics, procurement finance, and cost optimization techniques.

- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.

- Ability to drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
