Are you passionate about designing next-generation Data Center, Infrastructure, and Hybrid Cloud solutions for global enterprise customers?

SHI is looking for an experienced Senior Solution Architect – Systems, Data Center & Cloud Presales to join our growing Presales team.

? Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore

? Experience: 8–15 Years

? Global Presales Experience: Mandatory (US customer experience preferred)

What You‘ll Do

? Engage with enterprise customers to understand business and technical requirements.

? Design end-to-end Data Center, Systems, Virtualization, Hybrid Cloud, and Disaster Recovery solutions.

? Lead customer discovery workshops, executive briefings, technical presentations, and solution discussions.

? Prepare HLDs, LLDs, BOMs, SOWs, and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.

? Conduct Proof of Concepts (PoCs), demonstrations, and technical validations.

? Collaborate with Sales, OEM partners, and Delivery teams throughout the sales lifecycle.

? Provide solution sizing, licensing, costing, and infrastructure optimization recommendations.

? Work with global customers across the US, EMEA, and APAC while staying at the forefront of Infrastructure Modernization and Hybrid Cloud technologies.

What We‘re Looking For

✅ 8+ years of Infrastructure Presales or Solution Architecture experience.

✅ Proven experience designing enterprise Data Center & Hybrid Cloud solutions.

✅ Strong Global Presales experience supporting enterprise customers (US experience highly preferred).

✅ Expertise in HLDs, LLDs, BOMs, SOWs, RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.

✅ Excellent customer-facing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

? VMware VCP / VCAP

? Microsoft Azure Administrator / Azure Solutions Architect

? AWS Solutions Architect

? Nutanix NCP

? HPE, Dell Technologies, Cisco, or NetApp Certifications
