- 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration. N
- Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management and Service Catalog. N
- Expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Script Includes, UI Policies and ACLs. N
- Experience developing workflows using Workflow Editor and Flow Designer. N
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow IntegrationHub, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services and MID Server-based integrations. N
- Hands-on experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping and Asset Management modules. N
- Experience customizing forms, catalogs, record producers, notifications and approval workflows. N
- Knowledge of Service Portal, UI Builder, Employee Center and custom widget development. N




- Experience working withAgile/Scrum methodology and ServiceNow SDLC processes. N
- Understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise IT service management practices. N
- Ability to troubleshootproduction issues, perform root cause analysis and optimize platform performance. N
- Solid documentation, stakeholder management and communication skills. N

- Configure and enhance ITSM processes including Incident, Change, Problem, Request and Knowledge Management. N
- Develop Service Catalogitems, Record Producers, Approval Workflows and Automation Solutions. N
- Build and support integrations with enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub and MID Servers. N
- Implement and maintain CMDB, Discovery and Asset Management capabilities. N
- Customize Service Portal, UI Builder components and user
