We are hiring a full-term Solar Panel structure fabricator at Galion Watts.

We are looking for full time Fabricator / Welder to join our team for the installation of solar on-grid power plants. The role involves assisting in site work, panel installation, maintenance of solar systems.

Responsibilities

- Install solar on-grid power plants
- Perform routine maintenance and service activities
- Ensure safety and quality standards are followed at all sites

Eligibility Criteria

- ITI or Diploma in welding
- Minimum 3 year of welding experience
- Valid 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler driving licenses
- Experience in driving is required
- Candidates residing near Tripunithura are preferred
- Own two-wheeler is preferred

Starting Salary Helper (ITI Fresher) - 15,000/-

Welder (3 year experienced in solar installation / Welding) - 20,000/- (salary increment upto 40,000/- based on performance)
