Key Responsibilities

- Involvement in the planning, execution, installation, testing, and commissioning of solar projects.

- Solar PV systems, modules, inverters, cables, structures, and related equipment ka technical understanding.

- Engineer: Project planning, technical coordination, BOQ, drawings, material requirements, documentation, and site team coordination.

- Technician: Solar module installation, mounting structure, DC/AC cabling, inverter installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed as per quality and safety standards.

- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and project/site teams for smooth execution.

- Prepare/maintain project reports, checklists, measurements,



and technical documentation.

Requirements

- 2–8 years of experience in Solar/Renewable Energy projects.

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical preferred for Engineer roles.

- ITI/Diploma with relevant solar experience for Technician roles.

- Hands-on experience in Solar PV installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

- Positive knowledge of solar electrical systems and safety practices.

- Candidates should be willing to work at project locations across Rajasthan.
