Experience: SOLAR ENGINEER cum ( ROOF TOP AND GROUND LEVEL)

Job Location: BRUNEI

- Minimum 5 years practical experience on rooftop solar projects, installation and operation. Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Power & Electronic, Renewable)
- Proven experience in rooftop solar system. design, installation, and commissioning.
- Strong understanding of solar technologies, configurations, and safety standards.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and solar simulation software
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Solid analytical and reporting skills.

Business Development & Client Engagement

- Independently manage tasks and responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the rooftop solar sector.
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and present tailored solar solutions.
- Participate in roadshows and promotional events to represent the company and its offerings.

Project Execution & Supervision





- Provide technical guidance and supervision during installation, testing, and commissioning of rooftop solar systems.
- Conduct performance testing and prepare close-out reports upon project completion. Ensure compliance with safety standards during installation and operation.

Knowledge Transfer & Team Collaboration

- Train and mentor local subordinates to build internal technical capacity
- Collaborate with the procurement department to source components such as solar panels, inverters, AC/DC cables, and other system parts.
- Maintain familiarity with vendors and suppliers to support procurement decisions.
