Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Asset Monitoring Executive to monitor the performance and operational status of solar assets. The role involves tracking asset data, identifying performance issues, maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and coordinating with relevant teams for timely resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor solar plant performance, generation, alarms, and asset status.
- Track downtime, breakdowns, and maintenance activities.
- Identify issues and escalate them to the concerned team.
- Maintain accurate asset records and documentation.
- Prepare daily,



weekly, and monthly monitoring reports.
- Coordinate with technical, field, and O&M; teams.
- Update and maintain asset data using MS Excel/ERP.

Requirements
- Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
- BCA and B.E. candidates will be preferred/an added advantage.
- Experience: 0–1 Year; freshers are welcome.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic data management.
- Strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
- Good attention to detail and follow-up ability.
- Basic knowledge of solar operations is an advantage.
