- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, strategies, and procedures to ensure software quality.
- Lead a team of QA engineers in planning, executing, and reporting on testing activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify defects and implement fixes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO) and company policies for quality management systems (QMS).
- Analyze data from various sources to improve overall productivity and efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or related field.
- Robust understanding of QA Management, Team Leading Skills, Test Planning, Test Management, Testing Methodologies, Quality Standards, STLC, Quality Engineering, and Quality Planning concepts.
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
