NConceptualise Content
nCome up with fresh, platform-first ideas for social media campaigns, brand content and creative shoots.
NConceptualise & Plan Shoots
NDevelop visual concepts, moodboards, shot ideas and creative directions for photoshoots and video content.
NBuild Brand Stories
nTranslate brand identities and campaign ideas into content that feels distinctive, relevant and visually compelling.
NStay Culture-First
nKeep up with social trends, formats, visual styles, memes and what's actually getting people to stop scrolling.
NCollaborate & Create




nWork closely with the content, strategy and marketing teams to turn briefs into ideas that people want to see, share and engage with.
NWhat we're looking for:
NStrong sense of design, aesthetics and visual storytelling
NProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.
NA strong understanding ofsocial media formats and content trends
NAbility to think beyond static design and contribute to shoot concepts and visual direction
NSomeone who can take a brief and bring their own creative thinking to it
NComfortable with quick turnarounds and multiple projects
NA portfolio that shows strong social media work + creative thinking
NMost importantly: We're looking for someone who doesn't just ask "What do we need to design?" but thinks "What should we create?"
