nWe are hiring Technical Customer Service Executives for an international UK telecom process .
nThis is not a complete technical support role . The position primarily involves technical customer service , where you will assist UK customers with telecom-related queries, basic troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.

- Handle customer calls from the UK and provide professional assistance.n
- Understand and resolve customer queries related to telecom services.n
- Perform basic technical troubleshooting and guide customers through solutions.n
- Provide clear information about products, services, and connectivity issues.n




- Maintain good customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.n
- Accurately update customer information and call details in the system.n
