- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow FSO solutions based on business requirements. N
- Configure and customizeWork Orders, Work Order Tasks, Agent Mobile App, Dispatching, Scheduling, Territories, and Workforce Management. N
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer. N
- Configure and maintain FSO data models, scheduling policies, assignment rules, and resource management. N
- Integrate FSO with ITSM, CSM, CMDB, and third-party applications. N
- Develop REST/SOAP integrations and APIs. N
- Create and maintain Service Catalog items, workflows,



and automation processes. N
- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization. N
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams. N
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices. N
- Support UAT, productiondeployments, and post-production activities. N
