nWe are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive business growth by generating new leads, acquiring clients, and building long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience or understanding of sales and logistics, along with strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Generate recent business opportunities through cold calling, self-sourcing, references, and internal sales leads. N
- Identify, approach, andpitch logistics services to potential clients. N
- Promote services, negotiate contracts, and work towards maximizing business profitability. N
- Handle customer objections effectively and build trust with prospective clients. N
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. N
- Identify and develop logistics business opportunities across the national market. N




- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve transaction-related issues and ensure smooth execution. N
- Use CRM systems to manage leads, track prospects, and maintain customer information. N
- Develop client strategies and use appropriate marketing and sales materials to support business development. N
- Manage multiple projects and tasks across different teams while ensuring timely execution. N
- Act as a Subject MatterExpert (SME) by maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external customers. N
- Contribute to the development of new solutions and services to support business growth. N
