Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Executive to generate business opportunities by regularly visiting interior designers, architects, project sites, and construction locations. The role involves building strong qualified relationships, identifying potential leads, and converting them into sales opportunities for the company’s products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Visit interior designers, architects, contractors, and project consultants on a regular basis to promote company products.
Conduct site visits to ongoing residential, commercial, and office projects.
Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified sales leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, site supervisors, and contractors.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and ongoing discussions to close sales.
Gather market intelligence regarding upcoming projects, competitor activities, and customer requirements.




Coordinate with the internal sales and operations team for timely order processing and deliveries.
Maintain daily visit reports, lead status, and sales pipeline updates.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.
Represent the company professionally in the market.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive knowledge of interior products / plywood / laminates / veneer / related materials
Ability to build business relationships and generate leads
Confidence in field sales and site visits
Basic reporting and follow-up skills
Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
Experience
1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in interior materials, plywood, laminates, furniture fittings, or construction-related products.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Prior experience dealing with interior designers and contractors
Familiarity with local project sites and market network
Own vehicle preferred for site and client visits
