- Configure and customize DealCloud CRM to meet complex business requirements. N
- Design, implement, and maintain workflows, scripts, and integrations within DealCloud. N
- Develop and support REST/SOAP API integrations and related automation. N
- Perform system testing and debugging to ensure optimal functionality and performance. N
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for DealCloud-related issues. N
- Manage deal pipelines, analytics, and reporting to support decision-making. N
- Document configurations, development processes, and user guides. N
nSkills Required:

- n
- 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in CRM development, integrations, and reporting. N
- API development and integration experience (REST/SOAP). N
- Reporting and analyticsfor deal pipeline decision-making. N
- DealCloud CRM configuration and customization (entities, fields, workflows, dashboards). N
- JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for scripting and UI-related configuration within CRM. N
nGood to Have:

- Power Platform experience. N
- DealCloud CRM development experience with advanced workflows and automation. N
nEducation: Any Graduation (Computer Science or Information Technology preferred).
