nWe're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with 2–8 years of experience to join our Software Development team. You'll own the backend of analytics-driven web applications end to end - building scalable APIs, designing data models, and ensuring the systems that power our data visualization and tracking products are fast, reliable, and maintainable. The ideal candidate is a strong Python developer who takes ownership, writes clean code, and uses modern tooling (including AI) to ship quality work on time.

- Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Python. N
- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned features - from design through implementation, deployment, and maintenance. N
- Model and optimize datastorage across SQL and NoSQL databases to support analytics workloads. N
- Build and maintain integrations that serve clean,
structured data to the frontend and analytics layers. N
- Participate actively incode reviews and uphold engineering best practices. N
- Translate business and product requirements into reliable technical solutions. N
- Use AI tools in your day-to-day workflow to accelerate delivery without compromising code quality. N
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the backend stack with initiative. N
- Write clean, efficient,well-documented, and well-tested code. N

- 2–8 years of professional backend development experience. N
- Strong proficiency in Python. N
- Hands-on experience with at least one Python web framework - Django, FastAPI, or Flask. N
- Solid experience with both RDBMS (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases. N
- Solid command of Git/GitHub and version control workflows. N
- Proven experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs. N
- Sound understanding of software
