- Design and develop ServiceNow Service Portal solutions including custom widgets, themes, and pages N
- Build modern UI experiences using UI Builder and Now Experience Framework N
- Implement and enhance Customer Service Management (CSM) modules N
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions N
- Develop reusable components and ensure best practices in UI/UX design N
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications via APIs N
- Optimize portal performance and ensure responsiveness across devices N
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities N
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues N
nRequired Skills

- 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development N
- Strong hands-on experience with: N
no Service Portal (widgets, client scripts, server scripts)
No UI Builder / Now Experience Framework
No Customer Service Management (CSM)

- Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS N
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations N
- Strong understanding ofServiceNow data model and scripting N
