Mandatory Skills:
Minimum 4 years of experience leading teams.
Experience leading platform migration or data remediation delivery.
Strong people management capability.
Financial services or banking operations experience.
Solid communication, stakeholder management and escalation skills.
Hands-on exposure to data quality or remediation workstreams.
Preferred Skills:
Previous Macquarie experience.
FenX or Fenergo experience.
Institutional onboarding, counterparty data, AML or KYC experience.
