About the brand

A contemporary jewellery and accessories brand launching shortly, built for a design-conscious premium customer. Direct-to-consumer, online-first, with a strong point of view on product and brand. We are assembling the founding team now.

The role

n

You will own the full operational path from inventory to the customer, and everything that happens if something goes wrong along the way.

n

Order fulfilment — daily order processing, picking, quality checks, packing to standard, dispatch

n

Inventory — stock counts, SKU discipline, reconciliation, flagging low stock before it becomes a stock-out

n

Logistics — courier and aggregator management, insured dispatch, tracking, NDR follow-up, RTO reduction

n

Returns and exchanges — running the process cleanly and quick

n

Customer experience — email, WhatsApp and Instagram DMs. At our price point, how a delayed or damaged order is handled matters as much as the product itself.

Backend accuracy — website catalogue, product listings,



order data

n

This role reports directly to a founder and carries real decision-making authority.

Requirements

n

-2–4 years in operations at a D2C brand, fashion e-commerce, or a logistics platform

n

-Hands-on Shopify admin — orders, fulfilment, inventory

n

-Working knowledge of couriers and aggregators (Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bluedart or similar), including -NDR and RTO handling

n

-Functional Excel — VLOOKUP, pivots, reconciling data sets that don't match

n

-Written English strong enough for direct customer correspondence

n

-Hindi and/or Marathi an advantage for courier and vendor coordination

n

-Mumbai-based, on-site

n

-Available to join by October start

What we're looking for

Marketing or design background. Team management experience. An MBA.
