Maximaaz Studios is a young, social-first content agency in Goa working with restaurants, bars, hospitality and lifestyle brands.

We're a team of creative producers, filmmakers, editors, designers and social media minds who like making things that people actually want to watch.

The Role

We're looking for a Social Media Account Manager who is as comfortable with ideas and Instagram as they are with clients and calendars.

You'll be the bridge between our clients and creative team — helping take an idea from concept → shoot → edit → post → performance.

What You'll Do

Manage social media accounts and content calendars

Ideate content and write captions/social copy

Coordinate with clients and our creative team

Coordinate shoots, content requirements and timelines

Manage approvals, feedback and publishing

Plan Stories, campaigns and social media events

Keep up with trends and relevant content ideas

Track performance,



prepare reports and share insights

What We're Looking For

Creative thinker who enjoys coming up with ideas

Strong understanding of Instagram and social media

Valuable communication skills and confidence with clients

Basic understanding of filmmaking, shots, framing and storytelling

Organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple accounts

Curious about trends, creators, culture and the internet

Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do

1–3 years of experience in social media, content, account management, client servicing or a similar role is preferred.

Strong freshers with the right mindset are welcome too.
