About CLIRNET

CLIRNET is one of India's largest medical education and healthcare professional networks, empowering 650K+ HCPs with RWE-driven clinical insights, CME content, and MedWiki® — India's largest medical knowledge platform. We're looking for a Social Media & PR Intern to help tell that story across our digital channels.

 Responsibilities

Platform posting (LinkedIn & Instagram):

publish posts, reels/videos, stories, carousels as per the content calendar.

Caption writing:

create platform-specific captions with strong hooks, clear context, CTAs, and relevant keywords/hashtags.

Content formatting & coordination:

work with designers to ensure correct copy placement, brand tone, and consistent visual/caption alignment.

Outdoor event coverage:

capture on-ground photos and short videos for campaigns/events; coordinate basic shot lists and approvals.

ORM (Online Reputation Management):

monitor DMs/inboxes and respond to comments as per brand guidelines; escalate sensitive queries.

Cross-team sourcing:

coordinate with medical writing, CME and operations teams to collect daily/weekly content inputs and updates.

Brand continuity & hygiene

: maintain consistency in tone, terminology, spelling,



and claims; ensure creative/caption continuity across posts.

Content calendar support:

plan weekly posting schedules, reminders, and follow-ups to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong written English — comfortable drafting captions, scripts, and outreach messages in a explicit, professional tone
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and Instagram content formats (carousels, Reels, Stories) and a general sense of what performs well on each platform
- Basic understanding of social media analytics (impressions, engagement rate, reach) — prior hands-on experience is a plus but not required
- Comfortable using tools like Canva, Google Sheets/Excel, and scheduling platforms (training provided if needed)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple content pieces/deadlines at once
- Comfortable coordinating with external stakeholders (e.g., doctors, media contacts) professionally and courteously
