Social Media Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing, along with a willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

- Assist in developing and scheduling social media posts, reels, stories, and other content.

- Support the team in creating engaging and relevant social media content based on client requirements.

- Conduct basic research on social media trends, competitors, hashtags, and relevant topics.

- Assist in preparing monthly/weekly social media content calendars.

- Monitor social media engagement, comments, messages, and audience interactions.

- Assist in tracking basic social media performance metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, followers, and views.

- Coordinate with the content, graphic design, and digital marketing teams to execute campaigns.

- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, features, and platform updates.





- Assist with other social media and digital marketing activities as required.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.

- Good communication and content-writing skills.

- Creative mindset with an interest in social media and current trends.

- Basic knowledge of tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, or similar platforms is an advantage.

- Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.

- Candidates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
