With a robust focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and digital growth, we are expanding our marketing team and looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Handler.

Job Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X.
- Create and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, videos and other social media content.
- Develop and execute a consistent social media content calendar.
- Research industry trends, competitors and relevant topics to improve content performance.
- Write creative captions, headlines and promotional content suitable for a B2B audience.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to promote products, offers, company updates and achievements.
- Monitor comments, messages and audience engagement and respond professionally.
- Track social media performance using insights and analytics and prepare basic reports.
- Increase brand awareness, engagement,



followers and inbound business enquiries through organic social media activities.
- Assist in creating content using Canva and AI-based content creation tools.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, algorithms and best practices.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X.
- Strong content writing and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut or similar design/video editing tools.
- Understanding of reels, short-form videos, hashtags, trends and social media algorithms.
- Creative mindset with an eye for visual presentation.
- Good English writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple social media activities and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of AI tools for content creation will be an advantage.
- Prior experience handling social media for a B2B/company brand will be preferred.

Qualifications

- Graduate / Post graduate in digital marketing or related fields.
- Course on digital marketing is must.
