About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media Executive to manage and execute day-to-day social media activities across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media trends, content publishing, audience engagement and basic video editing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain social media platforms on a daily basis.
- Create raw cuts from long-form videos for Reels, Shorts and other social media content.
- Identify compelling and engaging clips from long videos.
- Schedule and publish posts, Reels, Stories and Shorts across relevant platforms.
- Write basic captions, hashtags and post copy as required.
- Respond to comments, DMs and audience queries professionally and on time.
- Monitor social media trends, trending audio and content formats.
- Coordinate with the content and video team for regular content requirements.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure content is published on time.
- Track basic social media performance and engagement.
- Support the team with content ideas and social media campaigns.
- Keep up with platform updates, trends and best practices.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in social media management/execution preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok.
- Basic video editing skills for creating raw cuts and short-form content.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, creative and detail-oriented approach.
What We’re Looking For Someone who can take ownership of daily social media execution, understands what makes content engaging, and can consistently deliver content on schedule.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
