Role Description: This is a full-time role for a Social Media Director.

The Social Media

Director will plan, create, and publish content across social media channels to increase brand awareness, engagement, and community growth. Daily tasks include managing posting schedules, monitoring comments and messages, responding to community inquiries, and coordinating campaigns aligned with product launches and marketing initiatives. The role involves analyzing performance metrics, optimizing content and posting strategies, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Manager will also stay current on platform trends and best practices to keep Careerflow.ai’s social presence relevant and effective.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess 6+ years of strong Social Media Marketing skills, including social media campaign planning and execution.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to improve reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to align social content with brand and business goals.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication and Writing skills for posts, captions, and community interactions.
- Experience managing social media accounts for a brand, startup, or digital product.
- Ability to interpret analytics and make data-informed decisions about content and scheduling.
- Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and management tools.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a remote setting.
- Previous experience in career development, HR tech, or SaaS is a plus.
