Role Overview

We’re looking for a Social Media Executive who understands not just how to create and publish content, but why content works . The ideal candidate should be curious, creative, and comfortable experimenting with new ideas, analyzing performance, and finding ways to improve content and audience engagement.

What You’ll Do

- Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube .
- Plan, create, and execute engaging content across formats including static posts, carousels, reels, short-form videos, and other platform-specific formats.
- Develop and maintain content calendars aligned with brand objectives and communication strategies.
- Monitor social media performance and analyze key metrics to understand content and audience behaviour.
- Identify what is working, what isn’t, and use insights to continuously improve content performance.
- Experiment with different hooks, storytelling styles, formats, and content approaches to improve reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with brand, strategy, design, copy, and content teams to develop and execute ideas.
- Stay updated with social media trends, emerging formats, platform updates, and changing audience behaviours.




- Actively participate in brainstorming and contribute fresh ideas for campaigns and social content.
- Track competitors and industry trends to identify relevant opportunities for clients and brands.
- Prepare regular performance reports with key insights and actionable recommendations.
- Take ownership of assigned social media accounts and ensure consistent, timely execution.

What We’re Looking For

- 2–3 years of experience in social media management, content, or digital marketing.
- Proven experience in managing and growing social media pages.
- Solid understanding of content creation, audience behaviour, and social media platforms.
- Good understanding of social media algorithms and platform-specific best practices.
- Strong creative thinking with a willingness to experiment and try new approaches.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and derive actionable insights.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced creative agency environment.
