What Will You do?

- Plan and execute social media strategies for multiple client brands.
- Attend client shoots and actively contribute to content planning and execution on-site.
- Research trends, competitors, creators, and content opportunities.
- Generate fresh content ideas based on each brand's identity and audience.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, video concepts, and basic scripts.
- Create and manage monthly content calendars.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, videographers, and content creators.
- Manage publishing schedules across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor content performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate and coordinate with clients to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure projects, content, and deliverables are completed on time.

We are looking for someone who:

- Understands Instagram, Facebook, Reels, and short-form content .
- Has strong communication skills in Tamil and English .
- Can think creatively and consistently come up with fresh ideas.
- Understands that good social media is about strategy, storytelling,



and audience behaviour—not just posting .
- Is organized and capable of managing multiple brands and deadlines.
- Is proactive, responsible, and willing to take ownership.
- Is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Can work well with a creative team.

Bonus If you have:

- Basic knowledge or experience in Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop .
- Experience managing a brand, creator, college, or personal social media account.
- Knowledge of content creation, copywriting, or video production.
- An educational background in Psychology, Literature, Marketing, Media, or related fields .
