Role Overview

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Assistant to help manage and grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms — supporting content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and campaign coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories) across social platforms
- Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions; respond promptly and professionally
- Assist with influencer and UGC collaboration outreach
- Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and report weekly
- Stay current on skincare/beauty trends and platform algorithm changes




- Support photo/video shoots for product and content needs
- Coordinate with the design/marketing team on campaign rollouts

Requirements

- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms (YouTube Shorts, etc.)
- Good written communication and a creative eye for visual content
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Edits, or similar editing tools
- Interest in skincare/beauty industry preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines

Nice to Have

- Prior internship/experience in social media or digital marketing
- Basic photography/videography skills
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools

Salary: ₹15,000–₹22,000/month (based on experience)
