Experience: 3+ Years in SMT Quality / Electronics Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor quality across the SMT production process.
- Inspect SPI, AOI, soldering, component placement and reflow processes.
- Identify defects and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Handle quality issues, rejection, rework and corrective actions.
- Maintain quality reports and ensure IPC/ESD standards.
- Coordinate with Production and Process teams for quality improvement.
Required Skills: SMT process knowledge, PCB inspection, defect analysis, RCA, IPC standards, SPI & AOI. Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
