Job Summary The Skill Development Mobilization Executive will be responsible for identifying, approaching, counselling, and mobilizing eligible candidates for various skill development and vocational training programs. The role involves community outreach, candidate counselling, enrollment support, and maintaining relationships with local stakeholders to achieve training and placement targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field visits and community outreach to identify potential candidates.

- Mobilize eligible youth for skill development and vocational training programs.

- Explain training programs, eligibility criteria, course perks, duration, and career opportunities to candidates.

- Conduct candidate counselling and motivate them to join suitable training programs.

- Organize and participate in mobilization drives, awareness campaigns, job fairs, seminars, and community meetings.

- Coordinate with local stakeholders such as schools, colleges, Gram Panchayats, community organizations, NGOs, and local influencers for candidate mobilization.

- Generate and maintain a database of prospective candidates.

- Assist candidates with registration, documentation, and enrollment.

- Coordinate with the training centre and other departments to ensure smooth candidate onboarding.





- Follow up with candidates after counselling and enrollment to reduce dropouts.

- Achieve assigned mobilization and enrollment targets within the given timeline.

- Maintain daily/weekly reports related to field visits, counselling, mobilization, and enrollment.

- Ensure that candidate information and documents are collected accurately.

- Support the centre team during training, assessment, placement, and post-placement activities whenever required.

- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Centre Manager/Project Manager.

- Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with 12th qualification and relevant experience may also be considered.

- 0–3 years of experience in mobilization, counselling, sales, field work, skill development, education, or social-sector projects.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to communicate effectively with youth and local communities.

- Comfortable with field visits and extensive local travel.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets and reporting.

- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

- Knowledge of the local language and local area will be an advantage.
