Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Surveyor to carry out land and construction surveys, setting-out works, measurements, and level checking at project sites.

The candidate should have good practical knowledge of construction surveying and be capable of working closely with Site Engineers and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out site surveys and setting-out works for construction activities.
- Establish and check building lines, levels, coordinates, and reference points.
- Conduct measurements for excavation, foundations, columns, walls, slabs, and other structural works.
- Perform level checking and ensure accuracy during construction.
- Prepare and maintain survey records, measurements, and site data.
- Verify dimensions and levels as per approved drawings.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Architects, Structural Engineers, and contractors.
- Identify discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions and report them to the concerned Engineer.
- Monitor construction work to ensure proper alignment, levels, dimensions, and positioning.
- Assist in quantity measurements whenever required.
- Maintain survey equipment and ensure proper calibration and handling.




- Prepare daily survey reports and maintain relevant documentation.
- Carry out additional survey-related activities as instructed by the Project/Site Engineer.

Qualification
- Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction surveying preferred.
- Candidates with strong practical site experience will be considered.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of construction surveying and setting-out.
- Hands-on experience with Total Station and Auto Level.
- Ability to read and understand civil/structural drawings.
- Positive knowledge of levels, coordinates, alignment, and measurements.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
- Good numerical and measurement skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or institutional construction projects will be an added advantage.

Salary

₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
