Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor with robust knowledge of residential building construction and day-to-day civil construction activities. The candidate should be capable of supervising site execution, coordinating with contractors and labor teams, and ensuring that work is completed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.

- Coordinate and supervise shuttering/formwork, steel reinforcement and concreting activities.

- Check reinforcement steel as per structural drawings, including spacing, diameter, laps, cover and placement.

- Supervise RCC work, including slab, beam, column and footing-related activities.

- Monitor shuttering work for proper alignment, level, dimensions, support and safety.

- Supervise concrete pouring, vibration, level checking and curing activities.

- Supervise brickwork/blockwork, including line, level, plumb, joints and openings.

- Monitor plastering,



waterproofing and other civil finishing activities.

- Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.

- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, vendors and labor teams.

- Check availability and proper utilization of construction materials at site.

- Monitor labor productivity and daily work progress.

- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and site records.

- Identify site issues and coordinate with the Project Engineer/Site Engineer for timely resolution.

- Ensure proper quality control and minimize rework and material wastage.

- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and use of required PPE.

- Coordinate activities according to the project construction schedule.

- Conduct regular site inspections and report progress, delays and technical issues to management.

Pay: ₹30,157.06 - ₹45,386.91 per month
