Site Supervisor

We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and responsible Site Supervisor who takes ownership of their work and is willing to be actively involved in office. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, good command of English, and the ability to respond promptly to site requirements and challenges.

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely execution of construction projects. The role involves supervising installers/applicators, subcontractors, and other site personnel while ensuring that all work is carried out according to project requirements, quality standards, schedules, and applicable health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate installers/applicators, subcontractors, and other construction personnel on-site.
- Allocate tasks and monitor progress to ensure work is completed efficiently and within the agreed timelines.
- Take a hands-on and proactive approach to site activities, identifying issues early and taking prompt action to resolve them.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress, quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements.
- Organise daily work schedules and coordinate manpower according to project priorities.




- Monitor work techniques and ensure that installation and construction activities are carried out correctly, safely, and to the required quality standards.
- Coordinate the ordering, delivery, receiving, and availability of materials required for site activities.
- Prepare and maintain accurate site reports, daily progress reports, checklists, and other required documentation.
- Conduct regular site meetings and coordinate effectively with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients.
- Communicate site updates, challenges, material requirements, and progress promptly to the Project Manager and management.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure that site activities move forward without unnecessary delays.
- Be willing to travel to project sites and work in a fast-paced construction environment as required.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Education

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
- Civil engineering: 3 years (Preferred)
- civil site supervisor: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:
- English (Preferred)
