Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor / Site In-Charge to manage day-to-day activities at our factory development site, including contractor coordination, work progress, quality, safety and site reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily civil construction and factory development activities.
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, labour and vendors.
- Monitor work progress, quality and adherence to timelines.
- Coordinate civil, fabrication, flooring, plumbing, electrical and other site activities.
- Monitor manpower, materials and site requirements.
- Maintain daily progress, manpower and material records.
- Provide regular site updates and photographs to management.
- Assist in checking contractor measurements and bills.
- Ensure proper safety, housekeeping and discipline at the site.
- Identify and report delays, material shortages, quality issues or other concerns.




- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.

Required Skills

- Practical knowledge of civil construction and industrial/factory projects.
- Contractor and Labour management skills.
- Ability to read basic drawings and understand measurements.
- Positive coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and site reporting.
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day site activities.

Preferred Experience Experience in industrial/factory construction, plant development, factory expansion/renovation, or contractor management will be preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
